The Pig
Original Drawing by Shi-He Wang
Is the 12th sign of the Zodiac
People born between November 7th and December 6th are born
in month of the Pig. Add pig influence to your Year Animal if
born in this period.
The Pig governs the 2 hours between 9.00 pm and 11.00 pm, local
time. Add Pig influence to your year, month and day influences
if born in this time period.
Contentedness, home security, family life, indoor furnishings
and marriage are all contained within the sign of the Pig.
Pigs take great pride in their homes and love to invite friends
over to share their happiness.
Pigs bring happiness into any home they enter. They are among
the nicest people you will ever meet.
Indeed, so nice are they and so concerned with the welfare of
others they tend to take people at face value making them sometimes
easy prey for the unscrupulous. Pigs are the easiest sign of
the Zodiac to trick or swindle, because of their natural gullibility
and insecurity.
All the Pig's focus is on the home. Their cupboards are usually
full of all kinds of gadgets and ornaments, good food and treats.
Pigs are reliable workers not afraid to make the extra effort
to do a good job.
The Rat; This is not the best union. The restless Rat wants
to be on the move, while the Pig is content to stay right where
he is. Much give and take is needed in this relationship.
The Ox; Both these signs prefer their lives to revolve around
the the home. If in business it may well be one that they run
out of the home. While the Pig is usually content, the Ox always
has an eye on growth.
The Tiger; The Pig and the Tiger do not always see eye to eye
on things. Tension builds and disputes arise. Often these two
prefer to spend time apart more to avoid the tension than to
pursue goals.
The Rabbit; This is an auspicious union. These two have such
similar interests, are so sharing with each other, enjoy each
other's company so much, happiness and love is bound to flourish.
These two fulfill each other. Attention to money matters will
make this union perfect.
The Dragon; The high flying Dragon may feel held back by the
Pig's emphasis on hearth and home. The Dragon is definitely
more ambitious than the Pig. Patience and understanding are
qualities each needs in abundance.
The Snake; There is little between the Pig and Snake that the
two can share. While the Pig does its best to make the Snake's
life comfortable, and the Snake is most grateful, there is still
much missing between them. The Snake is always looking for ways
to make things better, while the Pig has a tendency to find
enjoyment in things as they are.
The Horse; This is a relationship between two independent and
gifted people. There is much respect and affection between them,
and each is quite comfortable in the relationship. Still it
is more like a partnership than a union and there is often that
inner spark missing. It is more like a pairing for mutual advantage
than a relationship based on love and shared goals.
The Sheep/Goat; This is one of the happiest of all astrological
pairings. It is based on a strong home, strong family and family
ties. These two will also do well in business. Children will
bring honours later in life.
The Monkey; These two are at their best outside the home. They
enjoy each other thoroughly in a social setting. However, when
they get home the sparks can fly. There are basic differences
in how a home should be organized and function.
The Rooster; The prospect of a happy and prosperous life together
is high for these two. It is best, however to keep a sharp line
of division between work and play. While each has different
ambitions, each is keenly interested in how the other is doing.
Times apart are as important as times together for these two.
The Dog; These two get along well together and compliment each
other. However, so close are they that they often miss new opportunities.
These two would benefit from informal third party advice.
The Pig; Two Pigs together may seem like a match made in heaven,
but in reality it is a less than auspicious union. Resentments
and petty jealousies are frequent in this relationship.
